Prime Life is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to join our caring team at Chamberlaine Court, Bedworth, Warwickshire. The role offers hourly pay from £12.96 to £13.32, with full DBS funding and a comprehensive holiday pay scheme.

We encourage applications from those with a patient, respectful approach to elder care and dementia-friendly understanding. Experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a genuine caring nature with residents.
• Patience and understanding of residents' individual abilities.
• Full training provided to new starters; prior care experience desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support residents to dine and maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship and accompany residents on outings or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
