Confidential is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers for flexible agency shifts across residential care settings in the UK. You will support vulnerable children and young people who may have experienced trauma and display challenging behaviours, autism, and complex needs.

You will provide day-to-day care, build trust, support routines, engage in activities and help with emotional wellbeing while following care plans and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or over
• At least 6 months' experience working with children or young people in a residential setting
• A clean UK driving licence
• The flexibility to work long days, weekends and sleep-in shifts when required
• A genuine commitment to working with vulnerable children and young people

• Providing day-to-day care and support to vulnerable children and young people
