Job summary

The role supports the Payroll teams for AHRC Nassau and affiliated organizations, handling daily payroll and timekeeping processes, training staff, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Responsibilities include audits, data verification, and reporting, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with payroll policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and minimum of three (3) years’ Payroll and Timekeeping experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of UKG Pro or similar payroll software.
• Excellent mathematical skills and strong typing and communication abilities.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Solid understanding of payroll and HR practices and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Payroll / Time Keeping processing and daily functions.
• Verify, process and assist with audits and employee profile updates.
• Audit, balance and distribute payroll reports for management.
• Process biweekly, bonus and off-cycle payrolls accurately and timely.
• Provide payroll training and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and HR information.
