The Sanctuary Trust Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative to help maintain and improve our properties across Rochdale and Oldham. The role requires regular travel between locations and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

You will carry out general maintenance, property repairs, inspections, and assist with setting up new accommodation projects, while ensuring health and safety standards across multiple sites.

• Support compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Assist with setting up and furnishing new accommodation projects.
• Transport materials, furniture, and equipment between sites.
