Heathcote House Nursery in Devizes is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a zero-hour, fixed-term basis for 12 months. The role supports children aged 0-5 with engaging EYFS-based activities and a commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Experience planning activities for ages 0-5.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities focused on each child’s interests.
• Create a stimulating, safe learning environment for 0-5s.
• Work with the room leader and staff to uphold the nursery ethos and safeguarding policies.
• Update development records where applicable and assist with health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support colleagues in implementing best practice and ensuring children’s safety at all times.
