Job summary

Stagecoach Barnstaple is seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager to lead our depot workshop, overseeing a fleet of 60+ vehicles ensuring they are clean, safe and road-ready, while supporting the development of the workshop as the fleet evolves. You will manage a team, coordinate maintenance, and contribute to the rollout of electric vehicles and depot infrastructure, with training and development supported.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate a workshop team to deliver safe, reliable vehicles.
• Schedule and prioritise maintenance and servicing activities in the depot.
• Support team development and identify training needs.
• Quality check vehicles after maintenance to ensure high standards.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards per legislation and policy.
