Job summary

Stagecoach Group is seeking a Workshop Supervisor at their Oxford Depot, where you will oversee a fleet of over 95 buses and ensure they are road-ready. The role involves motivating your team, maintaining high vehicle standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering experience, including mechanical, electrical and bodywork knowledge.
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in relevant engineering field.
• Experience managing or supervising a workshop or technical team.

• Motivating the team to deliver safe, reliable vehicles.
• Assisting colleagues with job guidance and diagnosis.
• Ensuring vehicle maintenance and servicing activities are carried out.
