Job summary

Bolton Council is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for the Vehicle Maintenance Workshop to lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring maintenance, repair and compliance of the council's fleet. With 37 hours per week, candidates should have supervisory experience and the ability to manage a busy workshop while maintaining quality work and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Studies or City & Guilds Level 3 (Light & Large Goods Vehicles) required.
• Full driving licence required.
• Minimum 4 years as a skilled Motor Vehicle Technician; supervisory experience desirable.
