Qualifications

• Must have experience managing a team of vehicle technicians.
• Fully qualified mechanic with own toolkit for repairs.
• Proven experience working on LCV and HGV vehicles.
• Valid UK driving license; HGV license preferred.
• High standards in work; flexible to work demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across shifts in the workshop.
• Deliver team meetings and address conduct issues.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure effective stock control and completion of work orders.
