Job summary

Pentagon Group in the United Kingdom is looking for a Fleet Vehicle Handler to support safe, efficient movement of vehicles across the site and to maintain accurate digital records. You will inspect arrivals for damage, perform quality checks before delivery, move vehicles within the compound, and assist with stock checks and handovers.

The role involves occasional offsite transport between depots, inclusion of parts delivery, fuel/charging duties, and ensuring high standards of safety and site

Qualifications

• Inspect vehicles on arrival, logging any damage or missing items accurately via the arrivals portal.
• Carry out quality control checks on vehicles prior to customer delivery to ensure standards.
• Safely move and position vehicles within the compound in line with operational requirements.
• Transport vehicles between depots, workshops, and partner locations.
• Support stock checks by locating, verifying, and updating vehicle movements in digital systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the vehicle compound at all times.
• Collect and deliver parts to support workshop and preparation activities.
• Fuel and charge vehicles as required, ensuring readiness for operational use or delivery.
• Assist with managing vehicle flow to support efficient site operations and turnaround times.
• Occasionally carry out direct vehicle deliveries to customers with professional handover using MoDel.
• Report defects, damages, or discrepancies promptly using the correct digital processes and systems.
• Follow all health & safety procedures, site rules, and vehicle handling guidelines.
