Job summary

C&C Group is seeking a Transport Team Manager in the United Kingdom to lead our transport operation, ensuring cost-effective delivery, compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory standards, and achievement of KPI targets.

You will manage labour within the transport team, oversee the fleet, plan daily to monthly activities, drive improvements, and prepare regular reports on crew performance while maintaining high service quality for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a transport team in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a focus on development.
• Solid knowledge of transport regulations, H&S standards, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage labour usage within the transport team and schedule tasks efficiently.
• Deliver items to customer specifications while minimising wastage and maintaining quality.
• Oversee fleet readiness, servicing, and MOTs to ensure continuity of supply.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyse crew performance to optimise results.
• Ensure Health & Safety and regulatory compliance across all operations.
