The role centres on overseeing the transport function, coordinating vehicle maintenance, driver compliance and reporting, while supporting senior management to shape the department and drive improvements.

The position offers training, progression and company benefits, with a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Transport Manager with a background in Fleet/Logistics or similar.
• Commutable to Uxbridge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, MOTs, defects and PMI scheduling.
• Manage driver compliance, working hours, infringements and safe driving standards.
• Support cost control across maintenance and vehicle damage.
• Produce operational reports and assist with audits.
