Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Transport Manager in Uxbridge with FORS/compliance experience to lead the transport department within an expanding multi-disciplinary haulier. You will drive daily fleet operations, ensure compliance, manage drivers and working hours, and support audits and cost control.

You will work with a tight-knit team to improve processes, produce operational reports, and contribute to safe, cost-effective operations as the business grows its divisions and client base.

Formación

• Experience as Transport Manager with FORS/compliance exposure.
• Commutable to Uxbridge.
• Strong audit and reporting skills.

Are you a Transport Manager with a background in compliance/FORS looking for a new role with an expanding business where you will be part of a tight-knit team heading up and managing the transport department?

This multi-disciplinary company provide a range Haulage services, They are currently expanding and opening a new divisions within the business and going their team to support their ever growing client base.

In this role you will support the Transport Management team with daily fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, compliance and driver management, ensuring maximum fleet availability and safe, cost-effective operations. You will also assist with audits, reporting, accident investigations and compliance.

This role would suit a transport manager with a background in compliance looking to join an expanding business, work closely with your peers in a management in a role to improve processes.

The Role
