Job summary

Microlise is seeking a Product Manager - Fleet Telematics to own and evolve the telematics and video telematics portfolio, shaping the roadmap and delivering customer-focused improvements for fleet operators.

You will work with engineering, UX, delivery, sales and marketing to translate insights into product features, manage launches and monitor performance to ensure commercial success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Product Manager role overseeing products through their lifecycle.
• Experience with telematics, video telematics, fleet technology or related SaaS products.
• Understanding of product management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into clear product priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance customer, technical and business needs.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights for decision-making.
• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet or commercial vehicle sectors.
• Knowledge of telematics technologies (GPS tracking, vehicle data, driver behaviour, cameras).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to fleet operations and compliance.
• Experience supporting go-to-market activities and product launches.
• Familiarity with IoT, connected vehicle technologies or cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve key areas of Microlise's telematics and video telematics product portfolio, shaping the roadmap and future direction.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and industry experts to understand challenges and translate insights into product enhancements.
• Work with Engineering, UX and Delivery teams to define requirements, prioritise development and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support product launches by coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales to create compelling messaging and communications.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement and commercial success.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure products deliver real value and stay competitive.
