Job summary

CameraMatics is hiring a Head of Product to introduce and own product management across the business. You will start hands-on, running intake, requirements and prioritisation, then design the operating model and build the team to scale beyond you.

Based in the UK or Ireland, you will shape the product strategy, own AI-enabled initiatives and collaborate with engineering, sales and leadership to optimise value delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience owning the full lifecycle from intake through requirements to delivery.
• Hands-on operator, comfortable being the whole team initially and doing both product and business-analysis work personally.
• Strong ability to write implementation-ready requirements and defend business cases.
• Track record prioritising a backlog against engineering capacity, lead times and dependencies.
• Experience building and scaling a product function and team from early stage.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product management lifecycle.
• Build the intake, backlog and requirements processes and maintain a single source of truth.
• Shape analysis and business cases to justify investment based on customer value.
• Prioritise work against strategy, value and engineering capacity.
• Define operating model, processes and cadences; partner with engineering, design, sales and leadership.
• Establish AI-augmented product practice to improve intake, drafting and prototyping.
• Design and hire the right-fit team and coach them to scale.
