Job summary

Microlise is seeking a Product Manager - Analytics & Data Products to shape the vision, roadmap and commercial success of our analytics portfolio. You’ll work with customers, Engineering, Data and commercial teams to turn complex data into products that improve customer outcomes and create value.

You’ll explore AI-enabled capabilities, define roadmaps and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analytics or data products with measurable value.
• Strong understanding of reporting, dashboards and data services.
• Hands-on with product discovery and roadmapping.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for analytics and data products.
• Identify opportunities through customer research and market trends.
• Own products covering reporting, dashboards and data services.
• Develop business cases and prioritise investments based on value and ROI.
• Work with customers to understand reporting and decision-support needs.
• Apply AI/ML to deliver measurable customer value and insights.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, UX and Data teams to translate strategy into outcomes.
• Prioritise backlogs based on value, objectives and tech considerations.
• Support launches, adoption and customer engagement with Sales and Marketing.
• Define KPIs and drive portfolio continuous improvement.
