Job Purpose
Successful applicants will be eligible for a joining payment of £1,750 upon joining the UU team and then a further payment of £1,750 paid 2 months later.

As a Fleet Technician or HGV Mechanic, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, responsible for the upkeep of a diverse range of vehicles and machinery.
This role is critical in ensuring the operational efficiency of the company's substantial asset base, which includes a variety of HGVs, vans, and electric vehicles.
In this role, your responsibilities will include conducting detailed inspections, executing both standard and intricate repairs, and developing proactive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and prolong the lifespan of the fleet.
Your quick problem-solving skills will not only boost productivity but also uphold the safety and compliance standards of the fleet.
