Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a Fleet Technology Co-ordinator to manage and optimise telematics and fleet technology platforms, ensuring accurate configurations and data integrity to boost efficiency, compliance, and driver safety.

Reporting to the Transport Support Manager within the Fleet department, the role focuses on liaison across IT, suppliers and operational teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement in fleet technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with telematics platforms and fleet management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across departments.
• Experience in process improvement and technology integration.
• Familiarity with AI camera technology and advanced telematics features.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Configuration: Manage and maintain the telematics platform; configure dashboards, alerts and reporting tools; monitor updates and implement new features.
• Installs and Deinstalls: Coordinate installation and removal of hardware; document, schedule and ensure compliance and safety.
• System Uptime & Issue Resolution: Ensure full system operation; respond to downtime; work with supplier to resolve problems.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy; analyse trends and identify risk areas.
• Training & Support: Deliver familiarisation sessions and user guides for Webfleet; act as first point of contact for troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Fleet leadership to identify tech enhancements and process improvements.
