Job summary

McQueens Dairies in East Kilbride is seeking a Fleet Support Co-Ordinator to oversee defects, servicing and MOTs across the fleet. You will liaise with mechanics and suppliers to keep vehicles compliant and on the road, with a focus on minimising downtime.

The role requires an organised individual with strong communication skills, a good eye for detail and solid Excel knowledge. A Cat B licence is preferred, and the position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri,

Job Title: Fleet Support Co-Ordinator

The Fleet Department manage around 1000 vehicles across the UK. This role is to manage the defects, servicing and MOTs across the fleet, working with internal mechanics and external suppliers to ensure that the vehicles are back on the road safe and compliant with as little downtime as possible. The role will also procure fuel, equipment for the depots and stock for our mobile technicians.

This role is pivotal in the department and requires an individual who is organised and can manage a lot of moving parts at once. You need to possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and have a good understanding of excel.

We do ask that you have previous fleet experience for this role and you hold a cat B driving licence.
