Job summary

Sandown Motor Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive fleet sales for its new Omoda Jaecoo operation in Guildford. You will build partnerships with corporate clients, leasing companies and brokers, guiding opportunities from first contact to handover, while ensuring FCA compliance and exceptional service.

The role offers a competitive salary with a £40,000 base and OTE £80,000, a company car, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet sales and corporate client management.
• Experience in negotiating with leasing companies and brokers.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Grow fleet sales by expanding partnerships with key business channels.
• Act as brand ambassador for Omoda and Jaecoo across meetings, events and fleet engagements.
• Prepare tailored fleet proposals, quotations and contracts in line with customer requirements.
• Ensure FCA and company compliance in all sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records and manage delivery/handover scheduling.
