Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Fleet Sales Administrator to support the Fleet Sales Team at our Head Office near Doncaster (Thorne). This role involves daily controls, order tracking, and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy environment.

You will assist with finance documents, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate handover paperwork for payments, while maintaining strong communication with customers and brokers.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales administration is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
• Experience using Kerridge/CDK or similar systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong computer literacy, especially Excel and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the fleet sales department with daily controls and administrative tasks.
• Track customer orders using manufacturer systems and coordinate with Stoneacre sites.
• Keep customers, fleet companies and brokers updated on order status and delivery dates.
• Assist in ensuring finance documents are prepared to enable delivery.
• Arrange delivery with customers in coordination with Stoneacre sites and logistics.
• Ensure handover paperwork is accurate and processed for payment from the finance company.
• Communicate effectively to provide premium customer advice and satisfaction.
