Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator in Manchester to drive customer service improvements across the parts team. You will process orders, handle complaints, and support CSI initiatives with the Operations Manager, reporting to the Parts/Sales leadership.

A full driving licence and solid IT skills are essential. You will liaise with the Parts and Accessories Sales Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure SLA targets are met and maintain compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Examine all major transactions weekly to identify service improvements.
• Coordinate with Parts Sales Manager and Warehouse Manager to maintain SLA.

• Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and resolve complaints.
• Ensure adherence to commercial legislation, health and safety.
• Identify knowledge gaps in vehicles and parts with Operations Manager.
• Provide advice and assistance to team members

As an Customer Relations Coordinator you will act in all matters on behalf of the Customer Relations activity, alongside this you will be responsible for processing orders and customer complaints. planning, initiating and promoting CSI initiatives with the operating manager.

Role Description

• Examine all major transactions weekly to determine and propose how customer service may be improved.
• In conjunction with the Parts and Accessories Sales Manager and the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, to ensure that agreed levels of customer service are maintained and all SLA’s are adhered to.
• Constantly monitor the quality of customer service, utilising all relevant market intelligence.
• Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve others when needed to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.
• Ensure all commercial legislation, Health and Safety, and internal safety procedures are adhered to.
• Identify any gaps in product knowledge of vehicles, accessories, exchange units and superseded parts and notify the Operations Manager.
• Provide advice, and assistance to team members

Let's Work Together

To excel in this Customer Relations Coordinator position previous experience in a Parts role within an different automobile network is required, alongside this we require you to have a full driving licence and computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet.
