Job summary

Stellantis &You UK in Liverpool is seeking an Apprentice Customer Advisor focused on delivering outstanding service. You will be guided through the Stellantis &You UK Customer Journey, with full training via our Performance Academy and induction sessions.

No automotive experience required; the role emphasizes strong organisation, clear communication, and a willingness to learn, supported by extensive training, coaching, and progression opportunities within a 2-year fixed term program.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital systems.

Role Description

• Have a passion for customer service, every day.
• Guide every customer through the Stellantis &You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
• You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
