Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to be a key member of our parts team at Salford. You will act on behalf of the Customer Relations activity, process orders and manage customer complaints, while planning and promoting CSI initiatives with the operating manager.

In this role you will examine transactions weekly to improve service, maintain SLA levels with the Sales and Logistics teams, monitor service quality, and assist colleagues with product knowledge across

• Experience in a Parts role within a different automobile network.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Computer skills including word processing, databases, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Examine all major transactions weekly to determine how customer service may be improved.
• Coordinate with Parts and Accessories Sales Manager and Warehouse/Logistics Manager to maintain SLA levels.
• Monitor quality of customer service using market intelligence and feedback.
• Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and resolve complaints with sensitivity.
• Ensure compliance with commercial legislation, Health and Safety, and internal safety procedures.
• Identify gaps in vehicle, accessory, and parts knowledge and notify Operations Manager.
• Provide advice and assistance to team members.

Role Description:

• Examine all major transactions weekly to determine and propose how customer service may be improved.
• In conjunction with the Parts and Accessories Sales Manager and the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, to ensure that agreed levels of customer service are maintained and all SLA’s are adhered to.
• Constantly monitor the quality of customer service, utilising all relevant market intelligence.
• Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve others when needed to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.
• Ensure all commercial legislation, Health and Safety, and internal safety procedures are adhered to.
• Identify any gaps in product knowledge of vehicles, accessories, exchange units and superseded parts and notify the Operations Manager.
• Provide advice, and assistance to team members

To excel in this Customer Relations Coordinator position previous experience in a Parts role within an different automobile network is required, alongside this we require you to have a full driving licence and computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet.
