JMC Aviation Ltd in Manchester is sourcing a Fleet Performance Engineer to join the Maintenance Control Team. You will lead the preventative maintenance programme for the Embraer E190 fleet, driving reliability and on-time operations.

Responsibilities include analysing data from multiple sources, issuing maintenance requirements to engineering teams, and delivering performance reports to support fleet targets. UK right to work is required.

Formación

• Experience with continued airworthiness and maintenance support.
• Knowledge of airline regulatory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop the preventative maintenance programme for the fleet.
• Lead the predictive maintenance philosophy to maximise reliability and on-time operations.
• Communicate requirements to line and base engineering teams with timely actions.
• Develop, maintain, and present operational and performance reports.
• Act as a fleet technical expert supporting the Maintrol Team with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Safety Services and Air Ops to review flight data for follow-up actions.
