Carnival UK is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join its Maritime Department and support a fleet of 11 cruise ships with electrical and electronic systems. You will work with ship staff and managers to maintain safety, compliance and high availability.
Ideal candidates hold an electrical engineering degree, sea-going experience, and SOLAS/regulatory knowledge; Electro-Technical CoC is desirable. Hybrid working (up to two days from home) is offered.

Key Accountabilities include:
In addition you will be required to supply specialist support covering, but not limited to: all Electrical and Electronic equipment and systems on board carnival UK vessels including HV Generation and Distribution, Conversion, Electrical Propulsion, Automation, Monitoring, CCTV, Navigation and Safety systems as required.

Able to communicate effectively and work with individuals at all levels within the organisation both onboard and ashore.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07 offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, with hybrid working including up to two days from home.
