Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site activities during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping campaigns. You will coordinate drivers, manage vehicle movements, and ensure safe, timely execution of night shifts across the Plymouth region.

This ad-hoc, shift-based role requires flexibility to travel between sites, occasional overnight stays, and good communication with Field Managers, clients, installers and transport partners.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance awareness.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to shifts.
• Requires full UK driving license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
