Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd recruits two Transport Supervisors for our Thornton Mill to support a friendly, established team. The role follows a 4 on 4 off pattern, 6am–6pm, and focuses on coordinating the transport fleet to fulfil customer orders.

You will assist the Site Operations Manager with fleet and driver compliance and act as the primary contact for drivers to resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transport or fleet movements is desirable.
• Ability to prioritise and resolve scheduling conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with drivers and ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule our Transport Fleet to meet customer delivery dates and times.
• Assist the Site Operations Manager with fleet and driver compliance.
• Be the first point of contact for Drivers to resolve issues.
