Job summary

TRO UK is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activity during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping across evening and night shifts.

You will coordinate drivers, vehicle movements and communications between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners, travelling between regional sites as required.

Experience in events, logistics or fleet operations, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work nights and travel between sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervise on-site activity during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping.
• Coordinate drivers, vehicle movements and communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and compliance during night shifts.
• Travel between regional sites as required.
• Submit end-of-shift reports and escalate issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
