Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is recruiting a Fleet Supervisor in Dudley for a permanent, full-time role at 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will lead the Fleet service, coordinate staff and contractors, and drive operational efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires fleet management experience, IOSH Managing Safely qualification, and a current Class C LGV Licence. You will implement best practices for cost-effectiveness and sustainability, ensuring timely,

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and manage operational activities of the Fleet service.

Optimize fleet operations and implement best practices for cost-effectiveness, sustainability and quality control.
Ensure resources are deployed efficiently and policies, procedures, and Health & Safety legislation are followed.
Deliver high quality and on-time services for stakeholders and manage a fleet of 450+ vehicles.
