Job summary

Babcock is hiring a Fleet Supervisor to coordinate fleet resources, manage drivers, and ensure contractual commitments are delivered safely and efficiently. Based onsite at Chatham, Kent, you will work with stakeholders across the business to maintain high operational performance.

You will lead a small team, ensure DVSA compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with contract objectives. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in transport or fleet operations.

Responsibilities
