Babcock is seeking a Fleet Supervisor in Chatham, Kent to coordinate fleet resources, lead drivers and ensure contractual commitments are delivered safely, efficiently and compliantly. The role sits onsite with a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
You will manage fleet records, DVSA requirements, and stay aligned with health, safety and environmental standards while developing operations performance across stakeholders.

As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating fleet resources, managing drivers and ensuring contractual commitments are delivered safely, efficiently and compliantly. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational performance while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
The role is based onsite at Chatham, and the set working times are Monday to Friday, totalling 37 hours per week.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
