Job summary

Staffline is seeking a Fleet Co-ordinator at our Peterborough site to help keep the vehicle operation running smoothly. You will handle daily fleet reporting, coordinate workshop work and support the wider fleet team with admin tasks, in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The role offers full training, on-site canteen, PPE and free parking, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours). The pay rate is £12.71 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a leading fleet-solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and basic IT ability.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Fleet reporting - run daily and weekly reports.
• Workshop coordination - process jobs and raise work for the on-site workshop.
• Support the wider fleet team with admin, updates and general coordination.
