Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a proactive Transport Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our fleet across cars and vans. You will handle compliance, administration, supplier management and reporting in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, transport, or vehicle administration.
• Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Good understanding of compliance and legal requirements within a fleet environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day fleet administration across cars and vans.
• Overseeing compliance activities including driver licence checks, MOTs, servicing, and vehicle records.
• Managing fleet penalties, recharge notices, and negligent damage cases.
• Keeping fleet records accurate and up to date.
• Producing monthly fleet reports and performance analysis.
• Supporting internal stakeholders with fleet-related queries and guidance.
• Coordinating fleet-related invoices and documentation.
• Assisting with continuous improvement across transport operations.
