Job summary

Executive Integrity | B Corp® is seeking a Fleet Manager to drive technical excellence, safety and performance across a mixed fleet. The role covers remote and onboard support, KPI monitoring, and proactive problem resolution to minimise downtime.

You will oversee inspections, vetting and regulatory compliance while leading repairs and emergency responses. A strong marine engineering background and multi-vessel experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based technical experience.
• Experience managing multiple vessel types (dry bulk, tanker, LPG).
• Strong opex control experience.
• End-to-end dry dock execution experience.
• Proactive problem-solver with collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership across teams.
• IT proficient and focused on continuous improvement.

Our client is a rapidly growing, mixed fleet Ship owner. We are seeking a Fleet Manager to ensure technical excellence, safety, and performance across their variety of vessels types.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting fleet management with technical oversight and complex problem resolution
• Monitoring vessel performance, KPIs, and budgets to ensure commercial and operational excellence
• Providing proactive technical support both remotely and onboard to minimise downtime
• Overseeing inspections, vetting, and compliance with international safety and regulatory standards
