Job summary

Executive Integrity is seeking a Fleet Manager based in London to ensure technical excellence, safety and performance across a diverse vessel fleet. You will provide oversight, support and leadership to optimise operations and uptime.

The role requires a qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based experience, multi-vessel background and strong cost controls. A proactive, collaborative leader with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based technical experience.
• Dry bulk, tanker, or LPG background with multi-vessel management preferred.
• Strong opex control experience.
• End-to-end dry dock execution experience.
• Proactive problem-solver with analytical strength and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and lead across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and complex problem resolution for fleet.
• Monitor vessel performance, KPIs and budgets for operational excellence.
• Deliver proactive technical support remotely and onboard to minimise downtime.
• Oversee inspections, vetting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead repairs, incidents and emergency response activities.

Who are we recruiting for?

Our client is a growing, mixed fleet Ship owner. We are seeking a Fleet Manager to ensure technical excellence, safety, and performance across their variety of vessels types.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting fleet management with technical oversight and complex problem resolution
• Monitoring vessel performance, KPIs, and budgets to ensure commercial and operational excellence
• Providing proactive technical support both remotely and onboard to minimise downtime
• Overseeing inspections, vetting, and compliance with international safety and regulatory standards
• Leading and advising during repairs, incidents, and emergency response situations

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based technical experience
• Dry bulk, tanker, or LPG background - Candidates with experience managing multiple vessel types are favourable.
• Strong opex control experience
• End-end dry dock execution experience
• Proactive problem-solver with analytical strength and a collaborative mindset
