Job summary

Executive Integrity is seeking a Fleet Manager in London to oversee technical excellence, safety, and performance across vessels. You will provide remote and on-site support, monitor KPIs and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based experience is required; dry bulk, tanker, or LPG background preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and IT skills are essential to drive continuous improvement and lead cross-functional teams.

• Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based technical experience.
• Dry bulk, tanker, or LPG background preferred.
• Strong opex control experience.
• End-to-end dry dock execution experience.
• Proactive problem-solver with analytical strength and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead across teams.
• IT proficient, motivated, and focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting fleet management with technical oversight and complex problem resolution
• Monitoring vessel performance, KPIs, and budgets to ensure commercial and operational excellence
• Providing proactive technical support both remotely and onboard to minimise downtime
• Overseeing inspections, vetting, and compliance with international safety and regulatory standards
• Leading and advising during repairs, incidents, and emergency response situations
