Job description

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Fleet Manager to join Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd, overseeing our expanding fleet of 100+ commercial and domestic vehicles. Based at our Fareham office, you will be responsible for ensuring fleet compliance, minimising downtime, and improving operational efficiency.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £35k – £40k per year

Work Location: Fareham (Office-based)

Experience: Fleet Manager: 2 years (required), Diploma of Higher Education (required)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the management and coordination of our 100+ vehicle fleet across the South of England. This role is essential in ensuring our vehicles remain roadworthy, compliant, and cost-effective while supporting our operational efficiency.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in fleet or transport management.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road safety, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience managing MOTs, servicing schedules, and vehicle repairs.
  • Ability to analyse fleet costs, fuel usage, and driver performance to improve efficiency.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software (preferred).
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (required).
