Fleet Manager

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting a Fleet Manager on behalf of our client.

The role
  1. To direct and manage the Corporate Sales Managers and Fleet sales operations to ensure profit maximisation and achievement of sales targets.
  2. To proactively reach out to customers through emails and phone calls to offer products and services.
  3. Visiting clients or arranging meetings with customers to discuss how their products can meet customer needs. Offer solutions from the represented brand first, and promote the wider Group opportunities when appropriate.
  4. Deliver sales pitches and presentations to highlight the benefits of products and encourage purchases.
  5. Work closely with the manufacturer on larger opportunities to maximize potential and secure the best terms for the customer.
Skills and experience required
  • Technical knowledge of the retail motor industry.
  • Numerate and articulate.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Inspiring leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a sales environment.
  • Experience managing a team and developing others.
