Job summary
Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced Vehicle Fleet Manager to lead two workshops in Coleshill and Warwick, including MOT testing stations. You will manage and develop staff, oversee health and safety compliance and liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
Regularly chair monthly review meetings to drive service improvements. The role requires a Certificate of Competence in National Road Haulage, City & Guilds/NVQ3 or equivalent and around ten years in the motor
Qualifications
- Hold a Certificate of Competence in National Road Haulage.
- Qualified vehicle technician in City & Guilds / NVQ3 or equivalent.
- 10 years experience within the motor vehicle industry.
