Job summary

Kream Motor Recruitment in Exeter is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Advisor for aUK-wide fleet and mobility business. You will support a busy Head Office, liaising with suppliers, authorising repairs and monitoring maintenance to keep vehicles on the road.

You will work Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), with 30 days holiday incl. Bank Holidays, free parking and an on-site gym as part of a growing, family-oriented organisation with national reach.

Qualifications

• Automotive aftersales, service advisor or fleet maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of 1Link would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confident with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Authorising repairs and maintenance work
• Liaising with workshops, suppliers and internal teams
• Monitoring servicing and maintenance requirements
• Managing repair progress and agreed timescales
• Maintaining accurate records and administration
• Building strong relationships across a national network
