Job summary

Kream is recruiting a Fleet Maintenance Advisor to join its Exeter Head Office team.

In this role you’ll authorise repairs, liaise with workshops and suppliers, monitor servicing schedules and maintain meticulous records to return vehicles to service quickly.

The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern, free parking and an on‑site gym, plus a cycle to work scheme and company events within a national, family‑oriented business.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales, service advisory or fleet maintenance.
• Knowledge of 1Link advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Authorising repairs and maintenance work.
• Liaising with workshops, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitoring servicing and maintenance requirements.
• Managing repair progress and agreed timescales.
• Maintaining accurate records and administration.
• Building strong relationships across a national network.
