The Charles Hurst Group is seeking a Divisional Accountant (Leasing Division) to oversee accounting cycles and provide commercial financial insight across the leasing businesses. Hybrid role based at Belfast Fleet Financial with occasional travel to GB.

You’ll work with senior leaders to drive financial performance, lead finance team members, and ensure timely reporting in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Accountant within a commercial finance environment.
• Experience leading and managing finance team members
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial performance
• Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Divisional Accountant (Leasing Division)

Salary: £42,000 – £52,500 plus bonus opportunity and company car

Location: Belfast Fleet Financial (Hybrid within Division) Occasional travel to GB required

We’re looking for a commercially focused Divisional Accountant within our leasing businesses to support financial performance across our leasing businesses and play a key role in driving operational and financial excellence across the Division.

As a Divisional Accountant, you’ll oversee the timely and accurate execution of the accounting cycle, provide high‑quality financial insight, and support decision‑making across the leasing businesses. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, commercial environment and enjoys building strong relationships across operational teams.
