Stagecoach Peterhead is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Buchan depots. You will head a team of engineers responsible for maintaining a fleet of around 45 buses and coaches, while also managing buildings and equipment.

The role offers a £50,000 salary, a joining bonus of £2,000, and a generous relocation package for the right candidate, with opportunities to progress toward senior roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Evidence of people management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of around 45 buses and coaches.
• Manage resources, stock, and people with autonomy to ensure high standards of vehicle presentation.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, recruitment, training, and health & safety to support operations.
