Job summary

PDT Fleet Training Solutions is seeking freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/Instructors/Assessors to join a network across Great Britain. You will deliver a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at client sites, mainly on category B vehicles.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients and join the UK's fastest growing provider of fleet driver training. Flexible schedules and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Desirable qualifications include being accredited as an (ADI) Approved Driving Instructor Fleet Trainer or recorded on the LGV National Instructors Register (NIR).
• A proactive approach to delivering engaging and inclusive training (positive driver behaviours are to be promoted).
• Experience in delivering courses in electric vehicles (free upskill training is available to the right applicants).
• Professional approach to the delivery of safe driving PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Delivering both half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises in category B Vehicles (mostly vans).
• Half-day courses are 4 hours in duration.
• Timely completion of an accurate assessment report.
• Your laptop and printer (all course presentation material is provided by PDT).

This role involves working with prestigious clients and delivering a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at locations across the country. • We offer £105 for half day courses and up to £210 for full day Monday‑Friday.
