PDT Fleet Training Solutions is seeking Freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/ Instructors/ Assessors to deliver across Great Britain. You will conduct on-site training sessions, including half and full-day courses, at client premises with a flexible diary.

Successful candidates will benefit from competitive pay (£105 for half day, up to £210 for full day), weekend work at enhanced rates, fuel supplements, 24/7 backup support and CPD training.

Qualifications

• Accredited ADI Fleet Trainer or LGV NIR registration is preferred.
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills are essential.
• Experience delivering training on electric vehicles is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver half- and full-day coaching and assessment sessions at client premises across GB.
• Coordinate and manage your diary to schedule sessions efficiently.
• Prepare and submit accurate assessment reports after each course.

PDT Fleet Training Solutions is looking to onboard several Freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/ Instructors/ Assessors at multiple locations across Great Britain. This role involves working with prestigious clients and delivering a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at locations across the country.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work for the UK's fastest growing and forward-thinking providers of fleet driver training.

As a Freelance Fleet Driver Trainer, your duties will include the following:

• Delivering both half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises in category B Vehicles (mostly vans).
• Half-day courses are 4 hours in duration.
• Timely completion of an accurate assessment report.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:

• Desirable qualifications include being accredited as an (ADI) Approved Driving Instructor Fleet Trainer or recorded on the LGV National Instructors Register (NIR).
• A proactive approach to delivering engaging and inclusive training (positive driver behaviours are to be promoted).
• Experience in delivering courses in electric vehicles (free upskill training is available to the right applicants).
• Professional approach to the delivery of safe driving PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Your laptop and printer (all course presentation material is provided by PDT).
