Job summary

Sytner BMW & MINI is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager in the UK to grow corporate accounts and fleets for premium BMW and MINI brands. You will hunt for new business, network with local companies, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include proactive prospecting, managing a strong pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to vehicle

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and new business development.
• Ability to identify, target and convert corporate customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across the UK.
• Generate pipeline via networking, cold outreach, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Build relationships with business owners, directors and decision-makers.
• Convert prospects into long-term BMW/MINI business customers.
• Represent the brand within the local business community and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience from first contact to delivery.
• Consistently achieve and exceed new business, sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain an active pipeline and CRM records.
