Lookers Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage vehicle progression, tracking, and delivery preparation on a 25-hour-per-week basis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in motor trade or fleet administration is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident using administrative systems and reporting tools.
• Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication across multiple departments.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Track and locate vehicles across site with up-to-date records.
• Monitor progress from arrival to customer delivery.
• Maintain reports on vehicle deliveries, registrations and road tax status.
• Tax vehicles and complete documentation on time.
• Move vehicles safely around site as required.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation (PDI, valeting, and handover).
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure retail-ready status.
• Update internal systems with accurate vehicle status.
• Support fleet and administration team with daily tasks.
