Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Compliance Manager and assist in the administration of a large fleet of LGV Vehicles
• Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures
• Input and maintain records within the Fleet Management System and other external systems
• Ensure documentation is kept up to date and in good order per current legislation and guidelines
• Manage fleet compliance and raise defect issues
• Help promote a culture of vehicle accident reporting

Job description

Join our team at GXO Sainsbury's as a Fleet Controller in our Northampton site. You'll play a key role in keeping our transport operation running smoothly and efficiently every day. Working closely with drivers and the wider transport team, you'll help coordinate the fleet and ensure everything stays on track. What you'll do on a typical day:
