Job summary

GXO Dartford is recruiting a Fleet Controller to join the Transport Team at Sainsbury's on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, supporting administration of a large LGV fleet.

The role requires previous fleet administration experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Axscend Vehicle management system and Tachomaster. Excellent communication, data handling, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of a large fleet of LGV vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles have a valid road fund licence and display O-licence disks as required.
• Keep documentation up to date and compliant with current legislation.
• Manage fleet compliance and raise defect issues.
• Promote a culture of vehicle accident reporting.

Here at GXO Dartford we are recruiting for a Fleet Controller to join our ever-growing Transport Team at Sainsbury's.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 shift pattern.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Work alongside the Compliance Manager and assist in the administration of a large fleet of LGV Vehicles
• Ensure vehicles have a valid road fund licence. Ensure vehicle O-licence disks are displayedin accordance withlegal requirements
• Ensure documentation is kept up to date, accessible and in good order in line with current legislation and guidelines
• Manage fleet compliance, raise defect issues
• Help to promote a culture of vehicle accident reporting
